To all who voted and who didn't vote on Nov 4th

How to vote? Or must I vote? This project was aimed to convince all those, who were doubtful about the process of voting. It was a group project done by 3 of my classmates and me. We put up posters and magnets all around of the major polling places in downtown Chicago (Daley Plaza).
